About the Provider

Tika strives to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all backgrounds and identities, in which they feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She works with adults, teens, and children aged 10 and older, and she is trained to help clients work through a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Tika’s therapeutic approach is always person-centered and trauma-informed, and she incorporates elements of many evidence-based approaches, depending on client’ unique backgrounds, concerns, strengths, and preferences. Tika received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology in 2023 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2026. She is a first generation Indian American who is typically spending time with her loved ones, getting active in nature, trying new foods, and enjoying movies and music!
