Artwan “Twan” is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) specializing in supporting individuals from age 8 through adulthood. He has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, males navigating shame and toxic masculinity, and African American individuals exploring identity, PTSD, and race-specific issues. Twan integrates CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy with a person-centered approach. As a fitness coach, musician, and hip-hop dance teacher, he combines movement and mindfulness to strengthen the mind-body connection.
