Diana is an Arizona native with a deep-rooted passion for helping others through therapy. Her personal interests include yoga, road trips, movies and art, live music, and squeezing in as much family/friend time as she can. Diana has a long history of working with children and adolescents, young adults, and middle to older age adults from a variety of backgrounds. Her experience includes depressive and anxiety-related disorders, mood and personality disorders, SMI, and trauma-related needs as well as individual and relationship counseling. She believes in a person-centered approach with the flexibility required to provide each person with unique and personalized care to match their goals. Some of her preferred modalities include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and motivational interviewing. She offers Spanish bilingual services for those who prefer their native language.
