Holly Warriner

About the Therapist

Holly wants others to know they are not alone in their emotions or overwhelm when facing life’s challenges. Everyone gets stuck in thinking traps sometimes, and it often takes a fresh perspective to find the way out. She uses therapy to gently illuminate dark or scary places, helping clients discover they are stronger than they think—and it’s not uncommon for fear to turn into laughter in sessions. Holly works with all ages 7+, prioritizing a warm, safe, and empathetic space built on trust and connection. She helps clients identify difficult thoughts and emotions, and teaches new ways to think and calm the body using techniques such as CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and more. Together, she and her clients create practical, personalized skills they can weave into daily life. Outside the office, Holly enjoys connecting with family and friends through laughter and good conversations while traveling, hiking, playing, or enjoying deliciousness–nothing tops being with loved ones enjoying a good view or good food.
