Jenna Reed

About the Therapist

Jenna Reed knew counseling would be the path for her when she was young and saw a lot of peers struggling with issues and wanted to help. Her natural passion and empathetic persona drove her to provide a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to cry on. When Jenna is not seeing patients, you can find her dancing, sewing, hanging out with friends, and playing with her cats. After finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Non-Profit Administration, she moved from Colorado during the pandemic to continue pursuing her dreams at Grand Canyon University, graduating in 2024 with her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Children and Adolescents.Focused on providing a supportive, empathetic, and welcoming therapeutic relationship, Jenna wants to help you and those you love with struggles by providing support and guidance. Taking from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, Jenna works with her clients to create an individual treatment plan to help them succeed and be the best version of themselves. She utilizes behavioral and emotional perspectives, believing concerns can stem not only from our individual thoughts and behaviors, but our environment and views of the environment. Interactions we have as individuals shape our personality and views, and in return can control how we perceive, act, and interact in our environment. Challenges are a normal part of life and although everyone experiences similar emotions and behaviors, our environments differ and guidance is sometimes needed in order to flourish and overcome challenges.
