About the Therapist

As a therapist, I want to be your biggest cheerleader through the good and the bad times. I love to utilize narrative therapy and person-centered therapy to really understand YOUR story and help discover more about you (to help you understand yourself). I have experience working with many different populations with many different problems. I have worked with those impacted by domestic violence, the LGBTQ community, and youth and older adults. I love working with teens, specifically, because I have an extensive background working with an adolescent population. I love to offer night and weekend sessions so that I am able to help those who can’t see a therapist during business hours due to work or school. In my free time, I am a voracious reader, devouring anything from fantasy or sci-fi to the classics and psychology books! I foster kittens, so there’s always furry friends around my house (and their hair on my clothes)! If you see me out in the wild, I’m probably at Goodwill with my besties! Times are changing, and I believe that as a therapist, it is my job to evolve with the times and to help you through the ups and downs of a changing world.
