Oakley works with individuals ages 8 and up, using a client-centered approach that meets each person where they are on their journey toward growth, balance, and healing. With an understanding that mental wellness is multi-dimensional, she incorporates a variety of evidence-based techniques, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to help clients gain deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Oakley also integrates somatic techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies and cultivate calm through awareness and movement.
Oakley’s approach is gentle yet goal-oriented, focused on helping clients build insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for lasting change. She provides a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. Oakley views therapy as a collaborative partnership and strives to honor each person’s individuality, strengths, and resilience throughout the healing process
