Rachel is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) who is dedicated to helping people identify their strengths, improve their relationships, and effectively manage life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping people discover their authentic selves and empowering them to live life in a way that works best for them. She provides a collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental environment. Rachel works with children 7+ and their families, young adults, adults, and couples. She utilizes many therapeutic modalities including CBT, sand tray, play therapy, and EMDR. She is experienced working with grief, life transitions, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Outside of work Rachel enjoys going on day trips, reading, and spending time with her cats.
