Stephanie is a licensed associate therapist who specializes in individual therapy with adolescents and adults starting at age 12 and up. Stephanie has experience helping those dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, self-harming behavior, and trauma. Stephanie is certified in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) as well as cognitive processing therapy (CPT) which lends itself to the treatment of trauma and the residual symptoms of PTSD one might experience, including personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder. Stephanie also integrates motivational interviewing and solution focused brief therapy to help clients experience real and sustainable change. Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings and utilizes a trauma-informed lens that helps you feel free of judgement. Stephanie’s ultimate goal is to help you live a fulfilling life by learning strategies to problem solve and overcome difficulties without the need for therapeutic intervention. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys hiking and exploring new places.
